In extraordinary situations such as strike, lockout, natural disasters, riot, civil unrest, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire, and in cases arising from the buyer (not being present at the address, not having an authorized person to receive delivery, the buyer having moved from the address, etc.), delivery time and conditions may vary.

Shipping costs are covered by Jewel by Aila for purchases over $250, €250 and £200.

Cargo tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail.
Please check whether the shipping box is damaged when receiving your product. DO NOT accept the damaged cargo, make a report and return it. Our Customer Service will assist you. Reports of damaged cargo after delivery will not be processed.
 
If you are not at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after his/her photo ID is checked and his/her signature is obtained.
 
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will contact you. It will be kept at the Cargo branch closest to you for 2 days. Cargoes exceeding this period may be quarantined.
Every product you purchase is under Dagestanli Jewelry's 6-month warranty.
Your product is outside the scope of warranty and return within the scope of the issues stated below.
-Returns cannot be accepted for used products that exceed 7 days from the delivery date.


-If 6 months have passed since the delivery date, it is out of warranty.


-In order to maintain the warranty of the products purchased from Dagestanli Kuyumculuk, third parties and/or institutions; They must not interfere with the products in any way, adjusting measurements, repairing, etc. They should not take any action. If the specified conditions are not complied with, the products will be out of warranty.


-In order for all Dagistanli Kuyumculuk products to be covered by warranty, the invoice of the product must be presented. Otherwise, the product will not be under warranty.
-You can return the product you have purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without destroying/spoiling the product or using it.
-Return the product with a petition or return form containing the product invoice and your order number.
-Refunds: Your product price will be refunded within 7 (seven) business days after your return is approved. You can follow the process of your next bank.
Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
Used, destroyed etc. Returns of products in this form are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
There is no opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. on the product or its packaging. In cases where the product condition is detected and the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.


The shipping fee for the return of defective or damaged products will be paid by the SELLER. In other cases, the shipping fee for returns belongs to the Buyer.


For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the manufacturer's representative should be contacted.
For money orders, the customer must provide IBAN information.
Money order refunds will be made within 7 business days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 7 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer.
Refunds made for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card every month by your bank.
Products that have been modified such as reducing, enlarging or color changing cannot be returned. Changes can be made.
